Located on the North Fork of Long Island, Just an hour and a half From New York City, Saltaire Gundogs is owned and operated by Sonny Kilfoyle. My life is dedicated to breeding, training, sourcing, competing, and working with exceptional English Cocker Spaniels. Stud service is offered in-house and we can ship fresh chilled or frozen semen anywhere within the US. What we do
At Saltaire Gundogs, dogs are our passion and way of life. From the first trip out to the kennel in the morning to the last check at night before bed, everything is done with care and attention to detail. Here we breed and develop working Cockers to the highest standard and do what Cockers were originally bred to do: HUNT. Our dogs are versatile working dogs that thrive on Pheasant, Woodcock, Grouse and Rabbit alike. Between hunting wild birds in places like the Maine woods, guiding clients on walk up days, Picking up at estate shoots, and competing successfully in field trials, our dogs are the epitome of what working Cockers can be.
